Our experienced team is always on call. We care for our clients' vineyards as if they were our own.

Trevor Delbondio, Operations & Vineyard Manager

Trevor Del Bondio

Trevor joined Oak Knoll Farming in 2012 and now manages Oak Knoll’s field operations, including harvest and vineyard development projects.

As the fourth generation of DelBondio’s to farm in the Napa Valley, Trevor brings valuable inherited knowledge and work ethic to Oak Knoll’s operations. According to him, he’s worked in vineyards since before he could walk and there's no better start to a Sunday morning than starting wind machines in pajamas.

When not in the field with big Ruxel the Mastiff, Trevor can be found mowing the lawn or roaming a national park with his wife, Annie.

Emilie Barnett, Assistant Vineyard Manager

Emilie Barnett

Emilie Barnett joined Oak Knoll Farming in 2022 as a viticulturist and assistant vineyard manager. Today she manages several premium vineyard properties in Napa and Sonoma and runs Oak Knoll’s in-house red blotch testing lab.

A native of Berkeley, California, Emilie attended UCLA where she majored in Latin and Geography, without a clear sense of what she wanted to pursue for a career. An internship on Spring Mountain answered that question for her: the combination of land, science, and craftsmanship drew her in -- despite sometimes feeling like a fish out of water in the world of farming.

Emilie earned a Master’s in Viticulture & Enology from the Vinifera Program in Montpellier, France and is fluent in French and Spanish. When not at work, Emilie enjoys hiking, backpacking and science fiction novels. She’s got mad skills on a forklift.

Leslie Caccamese Hill, General & Vineyard Manager

Leslie Caccamese Hill

Leslie Caccamese Hill launched her career in farming through marriage. Today, Leslie serves as Oak Knoll Farming’s General Manager, licensed Farm Labor Contractor, and also as a Vineyard Manager. Her 10 years of business management experience, combined with 10 years of grape growing experience, lend a useful perspective to growers on how to manage the business of growing grapes.

A native of New Jersey, Leslie has a host of impressive, but useless, degrees from elite east coast universities. Her magic skill is the ability to consume and aggregate large quantities of information in very little time. She possesses no skills in equipment operations, but compensates with a keen scouting eye and ability to walk up extremely steep slopes in extremely high temperatures.

When not at work, Leslie is a passionate volunteer Coach with Napa Special Olympics, the Sons & Daughters of Italy, and a board member with Napa Humane.

Bacilio Pimentel, Equipment & Assistant Vineyard Manager

Bacilio Pimentel

Bacilio joined Oak Knoll farming in 2022, as both Equipment Manager and Assistant Vineyard Manager, overseeing the maintenance and management of equipment vital to OKF’s field operations. Bacilio’s role blends his technical expertise with his love for the land.

Born in Michoacán, Mexico, and raised in the Napa Valley, Bacilio always had a strong connection to both farming and the machinery that keeps it thriving. As a full-time, trained Master Mechanic, he found inspiration in the vineyards and the outdoors, sparking a passion for both craftsmanship and nature. Bacilio has an eye for matching the right equipment with the right job, and ensuring optimal run time for Oak Knoll’s fleet of equipment.

In his free time, Bacilio enjoys working on his 1979 Chevy C10, spending a day at the range and spending time with his family, though not necessarily in that order.

Maricela Alvarez, Human Resources Manager

Maricela Alvarez

Maricela Alvarez is the Human Resources Manager at Oak Knoll Farming. Her friendly face is the front line for Oak Knoll Farming’s employee experience.

A native of Napa Valley, Mari has deep in roads in the local community, having worked for many years as a manager at Napa Community Bank and later Rabo Bank. Her people-first, safety-first mentality is essential to Oak Knoll’s operations.

On the weekend’s Mari can be found celebrating any and every holiday with her large, local, Mexican family.

Melissa Paico, Accounting Assistant

Melissa Paico

Melissa Paico joined the Oak Knoll Farming team in 2023 as an Accounting Assistant. With a solid foundation from several years in accounting, she is actively broadening her expertise in the wine industry.

Originally from Peru and raised in Vallejo, California, Melissa brings a unique perspective to her work. She has pursued her education at Contra Costa and Foothill College, honing her skills. As a bilingual professional and a dedicated team player, she works closely with OKF’s managers and supervisors to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in her contributions.

When not in the office, Melissa can be found at the squat rack in the gym or at home enjoying time with her family.
